Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned after identity verification. Each Member may hold only one (1) registered account on uban4d. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Where multiple Members share a single IP address or residential address (e.g., household members), uban4d reserves the right to request additional verification and may, at its discretion, restrict bonus eligibility to prevent abuse of promotional offers.
uban4d employs advanced fraud detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and suspicious registration patterns. Attempting to circumvent these systems is a serious breach of these Terms.
uban4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request is approved. This process confirms your identity, age, and the legitimacy of your payment methods.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 to 6 hours during operational hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Submissions outside these hours will be processed during the following business window. Complex cases may require up to 24 hours.
Members who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of their first deposit request, or who provide documents that cannot be verified as authentic, will have withdrawal access suspended until compliance is achieved. uban4d reserves the right to close non-compliant accounts and return deposits to the originating payment method.

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within 1–10 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours, subject to payment provider processing times. uban4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party a ccounts (including family members) are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from an unverified third-party source may be frozen pending investigation and returned to the originating account.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on uban4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). uban4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Members must ensure their payment method is denominated in IDR.
uban4d does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges. Please consult your payment provider directly for their current fee schedule.
uban4d offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out below.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated; any bonus not wagered within this period will be automatically removed from the account balance.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%–20%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting contribute at rates specified per promotion. Any Member found to be exploiting bonus terms through techniques including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, placing offsetting wagers, or any other strategy deemed by uban4d to constitute bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
uban4d reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonuses already credited to a Member's account will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing Members only and cannot be re-claimed following account closure and re-registration.
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the uban4d platform. Category-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, togel, crash games) are published within the respective game interfaces and form part of these Terms by reference.
All bets are subject to acceptance by uban4d. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation notice generated by our system. uban4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of system errors, odds feed irregularities, or where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and Member tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. uban4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members based on betting patterns or risk assessment, without prior notice.
Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically following the settlement of a qualifying bet or game round. In sports betting, settlement follows the final verified result as reported by uban4d's official data provider. In live casino games, the outcome as displayed on the certified live stream is final. In togel markets, results are drawn from the official source applicable to each market (SGP, HK, SDY, etc.).
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation; match abandonment before reaching the void threshold; obvious pricing errors resulting from technical faults; or discovery of match manipulation. Void decisions are made at uban4d's sole and reasonable discretion.
For mix parlay (accumulator / parlay) wagers, all individual selections must win for the bet to be paid out. If any single selection in a parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection. If only one selection remains after voiding, the bet is treated as a single. Mix parlay minimum odds per selection and maximum payout limits are specified in the sportsbook interface.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and your remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Once an account is closed, any active bonuses are forfeited.
uban4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC within the required period; or a court order or regulatory direction requiring us to do so.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Verified balances (net of forfeited bonuses and any applicable adjustments) will be returned to you, subject to completion of identity verification. uban4d is not obligated to return winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
